Before John launched the brewery with his good friend Hugh, he was known best for his knowledge of braille, especially the production of braille and the use of technology, which is still a large part of his work today. Hops and Dots is a community-focused business that aims to make craft beer accessible to those with sight loss, and to engage with beer lovers both local and further afield. Together we have brewed Gose Together, a big twist on the classic style, showcasing a massive amount of peach and passion fruit, with a refreshing tartness and salinity. Show Less
