泡沫异常丰富细腻且持久。开始是酒花带来的热带水果香气菠萝柑橘，完全是一杯酸化混浊。慢慢会浮现布雷特的酸和臭。杏子和葡萄的酸感混合着酒花和布雷特带来的草本气息，尿味。入口有明显的菠萝，酸度较弱，是一些带着酸度的热带水果，收口干，甚至还会有一丝泥煤的味道。杯子干后会有烟熏乌梅。算是新奇的体验
