That was really odd. A weird cat urine smell and taste (well, what I imagine urine would taste like!!). A funky (to use their words) flavour that I’m trying to appreciate. Certainly experimental. Not my flavour profile.

Fuck yeah. Complex flavours of funkadelic dry pine, but the hops shine through big time. Champagne finish thanks to the yeast, but there's more that I don't have the appropriate adjectives for. Stellar.
