Not Fast Enough

Double IPA.
Sometimes you get there first. Sometimes you’re a day or a week too late. The name game, the hop game, the style game, the stout game. This name and description was ready to go - we swear! - til it wasn’t unique anymore. It happens. And so, we’ll just let the hops do the talking. We built the bill around Mosaic - bright pineapple with underlying dankness and depth. Then, we added Galaxy & Experimental Hop 630 - ripe mango, yellow peach, tangerine flesh - to pull it softer and blur the savory elements. It might’ve had a cuter name with a more methodically organized description - but this beer will still spark joy.
