Brewlywed's Breakfast Brew

A celebration of all things that make us want to get out of bed in the morning, brewed with: a full pound of bacon, blackstrap molasses, and a blend of whole espresso beans from Central- and South-America for a rich, intense flavor.

Brewlywed's Breakfast Brew is an amber-brown-colored, light-medium-bodied session pilsner, with a generous infusion of Cherrywood-smoked malt, along with Munich, honey, and brown malts. A parsimonious touch of German Noble hops adds an orange-citrus note to the finish, cresting the savory, smoked flavor.

Finally, the brew was uniquely bottle-conditioned for 3-months' with a Premier Cuvée wine yeast, affording the brew an ample, aromatic head, tying it all together with a Champagne-like, effervescent lacing. Show Less
