Fortune Faded

Named after a song from one of Jordan's favorite bands the Red Hot Chili Peppers. This coffee raspberry porter is made with coldbrew coffee from Honeybee Coffee Company and raspberries grown in Corryton, TN. Raspberries and creamy roasty malt greet the nose. The flavor follows with soft coffee bitterness, achieved only through the process of making cold brew, and the slightly sweet and tart taste of raspberries. We did make the raspberries into a compote before adding them to the beer. The finish is something like a cup of cold brew, slightly bitter but overall rounded and smooth. Show Less
