Damn, this is none of the best west coast IPAs I’ve had in a while. Malt almost makes it feel like a DIPA but everything is so well balanced that it never comes across as an awkward bruiser. The mosaic hops are used masterfully to soften the piney edges.

When I saw all Mosaic, I was hoping for cat piss, but sadly no. :( I’m getting mostly a grassy melon aroma. Similar flavors, but some bitterness shines to help this out. Probably my least favorite CS to date.
