Still a decent amount of peach considering it’s 9 years old. Very vinous, but less sour than when fresh, earthy

Peaches are obviously gone but the barrel aging is so prominent. Absolutely love this beer. Seven years have made it tart as all get out though. 4.69

If you really like sours. I mean SOUR. Then this will be a big plus for you. I’m very much a sour kinda guy and boy did this do the trick. Great all around flavor with a sourness that pushes all the right buttons for me.

[Late Check In] I'm always a sucker for peach sours, so this is right up my alley. I get a lot more of the lacto character than brett, but that could be due to the age. The peaches are blended in with the lower acidity and wine barrel notes.

Nose is outstanding rotten funky fruit. Mouth is puckering tart with hints of barrel. Finish is very smooth with peach.
