Blowtorch here. This IPA that was aged on Spanish Cedar is from my hometown of Tampa, Florida. No, the ax is not used for chopping down cedar trees. That’s used for chopping up Cobra robots. It’s dry and slighty woody with cedar, black pepper, and lemons.
