Tres tres sec, un peu ferreux, mineral presque piquant. La pomme est presque trop en retrait tellement tout ce qui l’entoure est puissant (levures incluses). Si ça existait je dirais que c’est un cidre de sol calcaire. Vraiment original

Pretty tannic and not too poopy/farmy (good cuz that can get tiring). Pretty much completely dry while still retaining juiciness. Nice.
