Chubb Light Mild Ale

Our next experiment showcasing the single use of hops- this time it is the German Huell Melon hop. We used a 100% Pale malt to create the simple platform to launch the Huell Melon hop. Delicate in its own rite, Huell Melon adds a subtle ripe summer honeydew Melon and strawberry undertone, which we played on by adding some more strawberry of our own to add a refreshing and all-day-drinkable character to this subtlely complex ale.
