Highly tart bordering on vinegary. Citrusy with some earthy funk but doesn’t live up to the pretentiously bizarre description. Oaky which teams up with the wine to make for a tannic brew. Really fun and intriguing.

Annata 2016. Piatta, decisamente sour, con un misto acetico/citrico comunque mai aggressivo, ma anzi equilibrato da un agrumato zesty/dolce di limone e cedri ben maturi. Il finale è gentile, vinoso e fruttato. Manca un po' la parte funky ma ottima bevuta
