This check-in is for 2022 Carbonic Maceration version. Very hazy in appearance, nose full of fruit. Feels softer in some aspects- carbonation, mouthfeel, smell. Tannic. A touch of peach or orange, but mostly, direct & prominent apple flavors. Bravo 👏

Superbe. Effectivement très anglais au niveau de la pomme, mais les arômes d’abricots et la fine acidité sont plutôt uniques. Belle minéralité, fine touche soyeuse agreable, belle longueur sur les tannins et la levure.
