I got this magnum at the hospital for my elder’s birth in 2010. 13 year later, 15 for the beer, this one is a new experience. Super maderized, almost totally flat carbonation-wise, strong caramel/boddink taste. In bowls because why not ;)

This vintage hits the absolute sweet spot and was selected by Fabrice at the Brewery for our tasting. The flavour development is fantastic and the carbonation is still excellent. Rich yellow stone fruits, added complexity from aging. Truly wonderful
