I’m not sure how much mead I’ve had before, but this is like a crisp dry cider. Subtle sweetness, easy drinking, would be an excellent summer deck drink.

Subtle but I am getting the basil, lemongrass, and honey, with a touch of sour. Kinda flat--is that a mead thing? Not bad but might stick to beer.
