"Aging just decently". As for the oloroso, I'm a good guy so I'll give it a 3.15. It's still decent, with booziness and rustic note, too much residual yeasts, some messy notes from the barrel. Still drinkable, so I'm ok with it.

Le goût de l’armagnac est bien là mais c’est trop agressif, trop fort en alcool. Ça manque de rondeur, je pense que c’est pas le bon style de bière à mettre dans ce genre de fût.
