Bob Fonseca: (1) med/hi astringency, mod/med dry end. Whiskey profile is balanced, a good thing, and appears more when beer warms up. But tannin/wood profile is too aggressive, leaving lasting bitterness and harsh. Has a funny amburana/balm wood feel along with oak.
