Estilo permite acidez, principalmente para envelhecidas em barril, mas acho q possou do permitido, mesmo assim ficou muito boa. Pegada vínica, leve acidez acética, melaço, ameixa, leve oxidação. Não sei se foi a cera, mas ainda mantém linda espuma beje.
