Mejoró muy bien después de un año ésta Imperial Porter, resaltan bien las notas de barrica, whisky pero con mejor balance, el centeno aporta bastante cremosidad y carácter maltoso, las notas a chocolate amargo, café y ligeramente herbal 🍻

Cerveza muy bien lograda en lo general. La guarda en barril resultó favorable. Nada de notas acéticas. La madera aparenta un primer llenado o previo sazonado en whiskEy; no mete muchos taninos pero si algunas notas licorozas y alcohólicas. Muy bien! 👍🏻
