Probada hace mucho tiempo y no gustó, ahora está buenísima, una White IPA salvaje. Color dorado traslúcido, retención media de espuma, aroma dulce y madera, en boca ya se siente el lúpulo herbal, lo amarguito, notas maderosas y la magia salvaje del Brett

Interesante como evoluciono el brett en 1 año. Levemente sobre-carbonatada, bastante frutal en aroma. Amargor medio-alto que juega en contra de su tomabilidad.

Es muy especial. Tiene elementos de una IPA de trigo y de una cerveza ácida de fermentación salvaje. El olor es increíble, muy complejo, lupulado, mosto de uva, y los aromas propios de la fermentación láctica, ácidos y tropicales. Muy cítrico además.
