Thai Iced Tea Inspired Milk Stout
Milk Stout brewed with Green Cardamom, Star Anise, Tamarind, Cinnamon, Lactose, & Rishi Wild Thai Black Tea

For this brew, we grabbed inspiration from a Thai Iced Tea and built an extra creamy stout base around that. We layered it with a similar blend of herbs & spices you would find in a thai iced tea, adding them at hot & cold temperatures to accentuate different flavors at both extremes. Finally, we added a massive amount of Rishi's Wild Thai Black Tea.
The result is a velvety milk stout, with notes of chai, fresh baked snickerdoodle cookies, with some nutty undertones. As it warms up, the tea party vibes really start to hit you and then there's no way that pinky is staying down. Show Less
