Future Days

Teaming up with the awesome crew over at Mikerphone Brewing in Elk Grove Village, We squeezed everything we could out of these ingredients with every technique available, and concocted a liquid time machine.
A mash bill featuring, Torrified wheat, Roasted Oats, & a healthy dose of New Zealand Cascade to boost a highly aroma active compound called thiols. In the Whirlpool we added even more fruit forward characteristics by adding large amounts of hop flowable extracts Sabro Incognito & Sultana Salvo.
Fermented with Omega's thiol boosting Cosmic Punch, and Finished with a double dosed layering of Citra, New Zealand Nelson Sauvin, & a new hop called Medusa.
