Just for grins, I took a quick snort of this right after pouring. Silly me. Like a stick of raw oak. After 45 minutes in the time-out corner, it was ready to behave. Hard to discern much difference from the 2 yr, but the '26 vintages seem woodier than '25

Paul Wypiszynski: Didn’t try the 1 or 2 yr versions since the CW mgr stated those were more of an American BW (meaning hoppier). As they aged it lost some of the hoppiness.
