From 2018. Aged a little too long or not taken care of. Still drinkable and would have another. Taste of soy and slight tobacco with dark fruit I can’t distinguish. A bit heavy and acidic. I really miss this brewery.

11/19/2018 can from my cellar. Dark dark mahogany, light mocha head; roasty, dark chocolate; a bit oxidized, but a mixed bag; some exotic leather notes, but also some cardboard; bitter finish.

Smells like a dark roast coffee. Pours dark as night topped with a brownish creamy head. The taste doesn’t offer much beyond the coffee roast. It’s overwhelming my taste buds to get anything else. Towards the end of the glass hints of vanilla pop. Cheers!
