Hoppy Kettle Sour — As part of our ongoing experimentation with combining sour and hoppy together, we made this beer with a ton of Galaxy, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Super Juicy and fruity, tasting like mango orange juice. It was worth the wait to get it to ferment out!
Malt Bill: 2 Row, Melanoidin, Flaked Wheat
Hops: Galaxy, Amarillo, Citra
Yeast: CSB House Yeast Blend, Lactobacillus kettle sour
