Mosaic IPA

Malts
Pilsner malt - This is our base malt from Great Western malting. This light straw colored malt makes up about 80% of the total grain used in this recipe. It has a light bready flavor and straw color.
Dextrapils - This is a foam retention malt with high amounts of protein to ensure we keep a nice, fluffy head on the beer. This makes up 5% of all our beers
Munich 10L - It adds body, an amber color, smooth mouthfeel, and malty caramel flavor. It makes up 5-10% of the recipe.

Hops
Simcoe - This hop is citrusy, grapefruit, tropical, and it makes up 10% of the hop oil content. We add this hop to the whirlpool.
Mosaic Cryo T-45 - It is skunk, dank, cannabis, terpine, dark fruit, and marmalade and mandarin oranges. It is a dry hop addition.
Centennial - The flavor profiles for this hop are lemon, orange, wood and floral.
Columbus Cryo - The flavor profiles for this hop are green onion, dank, earthy.

Tasting Notes
Our IPA is full bodied with a smooth mouth feel. You should be able to smell this beer as it’s being poured across the bar. It’s very aromatic. You can taste a lingering bitterness with a semi-dry finish.
