From the cellar. Ruddy, dark amber in colour. Flat pour; zero head. Cough candy twist in a bottle! Citrus, caramel, anise, herbal, malty, yeasty, fruity hops, mince pie fruits. Soft, gentle carbonation. Long, fruity, nicely bittered finish. Aged nicely!
