Last bottle and it's still wonderful. Really nice and airy. Slightly sweet and a nice apple brandy hit

Wild mead-ish with apple brandy, strong one that needs sipping through. High carbonation plays a part in that.

Lots of lactic and vinegar acetic presence. Not much else going on. Maybe a decent bit of acetone with a slight distinct honey finish that gets covered up by the acidity.

Amazing sour ale with strong notes of apple and honey. Considering there’s no barcode on the label, I’m probably lucky I’ve gotten to taste it twice.

Almost like the most refined cider I’ve ever had. A sour beer with rather sweet apple taste.
