2021 batch. Great nose with classic pinot noir nose of cherry, slight oak presence. On the palate, not too acidic. The addition of honey balanced the acid out. Make it very easy drinking. However, the palate is slightly thin and watery for me.

I just adore Cellador beer so much. The addition of honey really balances sours so well. Tart citrus, grapes, plums. Amazing.
