Venom

This is the sister beer of Passing Notes, as it was also created from the two imperial stouts aged for 30 months in the Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. After blending the two beers, we peeled off half for this 15% slithering beast.

We adjuncted it with Indonesian vanilla beans, white chocolate and house toasted hazelnuts.

On the nose, we get a Hersheys cookies and cream bar. There are beautiful flavors of caramelized sugar and toffee fudge. The Indonesian vanilla- that we couldn’t get our hands on in FOREVER- is super creamy and velvety and meshes super well with the soft, delicious @cocoandre_chocolatier white chocolate sauce. The finish is almost as if you just took a spoonful of Nutella.

This one is a pretty amazing plethora of flavors. Allow yourself to succumb to this decadent temptation. Show Less
