Andromeda

Andromeda is one of our “Zero IBU” beers. This means that we only dry-hopped the beer. We didn’t throw in any hops during the whirlpool or on the “hot side” of the brewing process- the point when brewers put in hops to add bitterness. By only dry-hopping the beer, we are giving it a super smooth, juicy, fruitiness with little-to-none of the bite (of Cetus).

The 8% juicy, gentle double IPA Andromeda is loaded up with Vic Secret and Mosaic. It is heavy on tropical flavors, especially pineapple. It has notes of grapefruit, peach and those easy-to-peel “Cuties” clementine. It is ultra bright, incredibly juicy, and oh so crushable.
