Supreme Clientele (2021)

For this year's blend, decided to see what would happen if we selected our favorite farmhouse barrels and then fermented them with whole black raspberries from the Pacific NW and Colorado blackberries. Whelp, it worked out great. This is officially the most expensive sour beer we've ever made and it's worth every penny. Huge jammy notes, color unlike we've seen before, and incredibly drinkable with moderate acidity. It's got body for days. There is no harsh tannin or anything off putting at all about this blend.
