Seasons Past (09/26/17)

"Seasons Past is the beer we sporadically blend that has been aged for longer than normal periods of time. This blend is 50% of a 5 month old puncheon fermented and aged Saison, 25% of a barrel fermented and aged high gravity saison (the base beer for Jammy and Leaner but without Side Project's culture) and 25% of the hoppy farmhouse ale we brewed with Comrade Brewing Company. The result is a great blend of delicate acidity from the saison barrels and hint of malt from the Comrade collaboration. One that is sure to age very well." - Troy Casey Show Less
