I think this is even better than the excellent 9/21/20 Majestic Pearl Nectarine version of Ghost Note Preserves. A little tarter & tangier, but a similarly immersive experience of 🍑’s complex flavor. The spelt amps up the mouthfeel so well. Incredible!
