Ghost Note (2/8/21)

New brand alert! This beer is brewed with a hefty dose of malted spelt that provides a rich body and unique yeast aroma. As I'm tasting it and writing this, I get an almost sweet finish. For the #teamnofruit group, this one will be one to hoard!

Ghost Note is a Farmhouse style ale brewed with a hint of spelt. The spelt not only adds more to the body of the beer but the yeast reacts differently to the grain as opposed to barley. We don’t use that much of it in this blend but what we do use is a “ghote note” amount. It isn’t always forward in your tasting experience but it does make all the difference when brewing. Show Less
