The time has really helped this one. Great fruit, soft vanilla and milder acidity vs. other Casey. Very minimal barrel.

Full on raspberry nose with loads of vanilla. Pretty tart. Light. The bourbon notes is slime to none. Bright rasperries. Very nice!
