So much lighter, brighter and fruitier than the previous peach bottles. Still some light stone fruit pit acidity but also much more fruit flesh and mild tartness

Smells like tearing a nectarine in half. Drinks as an appropriately sour stone fruit sour, light pucker, some mouth drying, but the fruit character dominates, even 3+ years on. Minimal carb, even though it poured with a nice head. #CaseyClassics
