So complex and amazing! Bourbon barrel aged goodness. Woody, sour, and smooth. You can tell right off this is a classic Cascade sour. Love it!

My parents brought this back from a trip years ago and I'm finally sharing it tonight. Coriander nose, tart, orange.

Bourbon/foederwood nose. Big orange juice, lemon lime, and then a real woody finish. Bretty like flavours coming out as it warms up. Surprisingly smokey. Complex and fun. Good find Joe B. !
