Dreaming of Twinships

Our next line of experimental pales takes the form of a Kolsch pale, fermented at ale temperatures with a super simple malt bill of 100% light pale malt and nothing else. We then dosed it with extra large additions of dry hop with the awesome Wakatu and faithful Citra and cold conditioned for 3 weeks to create a juicy and smashable hazy pale with white grape, mango and papaya aromatics and a lingering demi sec finish. During our development of this beer, we learnt Liverpool and Cologne, a proud city famous for its development of Kolsch style lager biers are twinned, both have a long trading history and during peacetimes, a friendly relationship.
