Deep copper color with brown heart and red tones. Tight lacing off-white head. Sour bite on the nose with aromas of fruit and red wine. Good carbonation to cut through the sourness and flavors of malty sweetness, barrel aging, red wine, and wild berry.

Every now and then, the behemoth known as Cape May puts out a beer to remind you they are still relevant. This is a nicely done Flemish red with intense dark cherry peaking out of a sharply sour and acidic base. Tons of oak in the dry cedary finish.
