Ein säuerlicher, leicht würziger Geruch kommt aus der Dose. Dominiert wird das Bier durch Säure, die das Bier trägt. Im Abgang kommen dann Kardamom und Orange hinzu. Die Vanille ist nur leicht vorhanden. Leider insgesamt einen ticken zu sauer.

In der Nase habe ich besagten Kardamom und die Orangenschale, sowie säuerliche und vergorene Noten. Wieder mal extrem säuerlich - typisch für Ca’ del Brado - aber auch die Gewürze kommen anschließend schön durch, das ist wiederum toll.

Freue mich so krass auf dieses Bier: definitiv Säure in der Nase, außerdem Orange, Kardamom, Vanille. Es schmeckt um einige Noten zu sauer, dafür gibt es aber ein geniales Gewürzkonzert, bestehend aus den obigen sowie vergorenen Noten.

Me la aspettavo dolce di vaniglia. Invece sono la sourness e le bucce di arancio che dominano la bevuta, fresca, citrica, leggermente astringente. Il cardamomo si sente bene al naso e in retrogusto, la vaniglia poco ma dona un po' della sua aromaticità
