002 Pilsner - Alsatian Pilsner

Random back of fridge find. White grape & floral like scents on the nose. Taste brings white grape along with biscuity malt body. Very subtle bitterness of grass & floral hops from the Barbe Rouge. Clean mouthfeel. Do get a cereal like sweetness.

Really enjoyed this. Awesome hoppy character from the barb rouge in a delicious and clean pils. Crispy and crushable.

Clean as can be. Picks up some sweetness from the corn, but nicely balanced and easy drinking

Has an interesting hoppy flavor.

Crisp and floral. Cornflake like malt balanced by floral and fresh cut grass. Finishes with a mild sweetness. Super crushable, half of it is gone while trying to write this.
