Rich nose. Absolutely glorious. Oak, green apple, lemon sherberts, champagne, slight oloroso notes, a touch of solvent. Always loved Rustique but never left one this long and it’s bloody lovely.

On the nose is baked apple this follows through on the tongue combined with some fresh stoned fruit & a hint of dried apricot rounded off with a soupçon of funk. Is this a Farmhouse Pale? Or a Saison Ale? Although I had this before I'm still not ,....
