Apple, yoghurt, lemony, oaky and slightly spicy. Subtle herbal and wheaty notes, along with a well balanced medium-level sourness. Effervescent, light and dry. Lovely

Bright and pleasantly carbonated, sharp but nothing too sour with touches of apple skin and a fruity sweetness in the background that I can’t quite pinpoint. There’s a subtle funk too that develops as it warms. Lovely stuff
