Dry, hoppy and a bit lemony, rustic saisony stuff. A little bit zesty too.

Lemony, slight oxidised apple. Tart, funky, slightly peppery and a touch of soap 😳 which thankfully didn't linger

Mmm, very citrusy, you really have to be in for this kind of beer, otherwise it may feel odd. Citrus, hay, a bit of barnyard funk, but it doesn’t fall into Cantillon’s sharp, biting, acidic territory. It’s a great beer to help cleanse the palate.
