A Berliner Weisse w champagne yeast added. Very dry w great effervescent carbonation. Light body w a soft wheaty edge. Has solid kactic acid character. Acidity keeps this bright despite dryness. Drinks really easy. Weird combo I liked more than expected.

LCI. Time seemed to have done this brew well. Champagne yeast is interesting but works well with the berliner weiss base. Effervescent, slightly funky, fairly tart and sour body. Good stone fruit esthers came through nicely. Very enjoyable. 4.2
