Medium brown body. Big maple syrup aromas and flavors on the palate, relatively thin, bit of chocolate and roast, but otherwise a bit thin, watery and maple syrup forward. There's room for improvement here, no doubt. Needs more to back up the maple.

The maple is okay, and there is deep roastiness. But there is also a weird vegetal flavor ... which I do not like. Nowhere near as good as the Novo.
