Bright

Respect the day, honor the night. These journeys through mortality, the facing of immense questions of our finite ends. And yet there shall always remain one reaffirming truth. After the darkness comes the bright light. A take on crisp, herbaceous and uber-refreshing Italian-style Pilsner, spearheaded by brewer Ryan Riggs. A blend of pilsner malts create the base, while a collection of German hops provide the bright aromatics and floral flavor components. After a slow step-down crash, we dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Grungeist. The beer then lagers for many moons before delivering this burst of dry Verdicchio wine, strawberry soda, and citrus baked pastry. Show Less
