Palette

Palette is a hazy IPA made with English Pale malt, lots of wheat and oats for a voluptuous body and stacked with 4.5 pounds per barrel of Bru-1, Galaxy, Azacca, and El Dorado hops to have a very tropical flavor that features pineapple as the most resonant feature of the hop profile. The name is meant to illuminate the value of variety and differences and that without the diversity of people, thought, and imagination and without those individual elements there is no art. We don't want to live in a bland world without color, without a million different expressions. We want to live in a world that is full of flavor, color, and subtle differences that make infinity the sum of its parts. Show Less
