Golden Herb With Oregano, Rosemary, And Thyme

Another roast chicken dinner, another savory pint to pair with it.

Interesting... seems like the formerly dominant oregano is fading, and now the rosemary is shining through.

This is the meal this beer was brewed for.

Pairs well with Sunday roast. 🍗

So I finally made this again. I keep not checking it in, because I kept thinking I'd make a new entry for the 2021 batch, which is only 3.9%, but eh whatevs. Oregano is too strong in this batch, and the rosemary is nearly undetectable. Herbs are hard.

Kicked! Will be making this one again some day.

Took the day off to make sauerkraut and keg some beer.

This beer pairs well with so many tasty dinners.

Blended with 1 oz of homemade chicken broth; been wanting to try this. :) Nice chicken dinner aroma; flavor odd but ok; oil kills the head.

Added a splash of Old Toby. The smoke and savory herbs blend nicely.

Pairs nicely with pork chops and gravy and mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and gravy.
